To get to College Point Boulevard in Flushing, the best option for public transport would be to take the 7 train and get off at the last stop, which is Flushing-Main Street. From there, take either the Q65 or Q20 bus and get off at College Point Boulevard. The coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant are located on this street, so it should be easy to find them.

Alternatively, if you're driving, you can take the Whitestone Bridge towards Queens and continue onto Cross Island Parkway. Take exit 34 toward 20th Ave/College Point Blvd and follow signs for College Point Blvd. There is parking available along the street as well as several nearby parking lots.

Once you have arrived at College Point Boulevard, simply look out for the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant signage on storefronts. Don't forget to try out some of their delicious offerings while you're there!
