Celebrating our founders and their contribution to American troops with a blast-from-the-past coffee memory from a customer! Barry Kalt wrote us and said: “Back in the 1960's my Father had a restaurant and was serving your Coffee. At that time I was kind of young and not yet drinking Coffee. In 1971 I enlisted in the US Navy and served on Submarines. I was never so surprised when we were loading up supplies and the huge cans of coffee came aboard. Cans that said Vassillaros. It was like seeing and old friend. Being from NY City I can remember thinking, thank goodness I will have great Coffee out here. I look forward to drinking it once again.”
