The cafe has friendly baristas like Layla who are always ready to serve with a smile. Layla is new to the Greenhouse family but has worked at Claudettes for about 2 years. She loves making drinks and considers it an art form. Her favorite drink is an iced matcha latte with almond milk.

Another employee of Greenhouse Cafe RBNY is Imane who has lived in Rockaway for almost her whole life and went to school there. She loves walking her Shih Tzu mix dog named Dior on the boardwalk during summertime.
