-BANANA SALTINE-
A delectable banana Victorian filled with banana pudding and saltine, cracker, toffee and a brown sugar sour cream frosting

-VERY LEMON BLUEBERRY-
An upside down lemon blueberry cake with cream top frosting :)

-YUZU OLIVE OIL VICTORIAN -
MY FAVORITE CAKE! Literally has take over as my favorite cake. Yuzu olive oil Victorian with preserve lemon curd and rhubarb compote (rhubarb is starting to come in, but if rhubarb is not available, we’ll sub strawberry

-KEY LIME PIE VICTORIAN-
do you love Keylime pie? Because I love Keylime pie! I love Keylime pie so much. I want it and cake form, but I also wanted to have like as much graham crackers is like a possibly into it. Key lime Victorian, Key lime, curd, and graham cracker cream top frosting.

-PASSOVER CAKE!-
A oolong and candied kumquat olive oil cake with Matcha glaze and cream top frosting. NOTE: Please let us know if you would like your frosting with or without dairy, the cake is already dairy, free and parve for Passover.

—EASTER CAKE—
We’re doing a little vintage special for these guys :)

1) carrot cake with passionfruit filling and passionfruit buttercream (butter yellow)

2) hummingbird cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream (Canary egg blue)

Today’s the day! NEW FLAVOR DROP! Each month we drop the flavors for the following month! Today we are dropping flavors for the Month of MARCH!

-CHICHA MORADA-
Based on the Peruvian drink! It’s a purple corn Victorian with the apples and pineapples left over from making the Chicha Morada drink. Stewed with sugar and purple corn. And Chicha Morada frosting 
We will ALSO have the drink available in house :)

-GINGER ZAZ-
A fresh ginger Victorian with Bergamont curd, and Shiso marshmallow frosting, un-toasted! Shiso is in the mint family and provides an extra zing to this already zingy cake. Think of it like a ginger shot. Shiso it’s a Japanese leaf often paired with sushi or sweet mochi.

-KEY LIME PIE VICTORIAN-

Today’s the day! NEW FLAVOR DROP! Each month we drop the flavors for the following month! Today we are dropping flavors for the Month of FEBRUARY!

-PEANUT BRITTLE OOLONG TIRAMISU-
normally, we are a peanut free facility, but just for this month we’re having this special. Peanut brittle oolong tea tiramisu topped with shredded toasted Phyllo topping

-BLACK SESAME LOTUS CAKE-
I bring her back every year and I love her every year! Black sesame, Victorian with housemaid, lotus paste, filling and black sesame frosting, and celebration of the lunar new year

-BAYLEAF GREEK YOGURT CAKE-
this DOES contain almond flour! A deliciously dense cake infused with fresh bayleaf flavor and tangy Greek yogurt filled with raspberry jam. This cake is dense, so don’t expect a fluffy texture.

-WE FINALLY HAVE VINTAGE STYLE CAKES-
We finally have them! A ByClio style vintage piped cake! Pick from your choice of filling, and cake flavor which is then frosted and piped with buttercream frosting.
You can customize the design by choosing one color or up to three colors total for your cake. (More photos coming soon)
—Please note we still don’t do knock offs or copycat of other Baker styles as it will still be distinctly a ByClio style

I KNOW it’s late but I really wanted to make sure I had photos and do a test run through before I posted them. Holiday times got me all out of sorts. I also want to expand more on flavors and styles of cakes next year:)

Today’s the day! NEW FLAVOR DROP! Each month we drop the flavors for the following month! Today we are dropping flavors for the Month of JANUARY!

-MANDARIN TIRAMISU-
mandarin vanilla tiramisu. I went to Italy and then I came back and made a giant tiramisu for someone and now it’s my whole personality. Earl gray vanilla soaked lady fingers in a mandarin mascarpone base. Made in the classic style of a traditional tiramisu🍊☕️

-CHESTNUT PEAR CAKE-
chestnut pear upside down cake with rosemary ganache, and labneh cream sent me some AMAZING chestnut flower from and now i absolutely NEED everyone to try it! This cake is a riff off of one I made for her friend :) 🌰🍐

-MUGWORT BERGAMOT TRES LECHES-
Mugwort Bergamont Tres Leches! I didn’t get a chance to put it on December menu, but I’m going to bring it back for January! With a little bit of an update ⭐️mandarin Victorian soaked in mugwort milk and topped with cream-top frosting🍋🍃

If you prefer driving, there is street parking available in the surrounding area, but it may be limited. Alternatively, there are several paid parking lots nearby where you can park your car.
