From whichever direction you are coming from, take the exit for 6th Avenue in Manhattan. Continue driving along 6th Avenue until you reach West 6th Street. There is street parking available nearby, but it can be limited and expensive. Alternatively, there are several paid parking garages in the area if you would prefer a guaranteed spot.
