Excited to share illustrator/Kos barista ‘s new zine, Laundry Day! If you’ve ever lugged a granny cart up a fourth floor walk-up, hoarded stacks of quarters, or folded socks next to strangers, you’ll 100% relate. It’s about the very New York rite of laundromat living, but it’s even more about how these mundane urban rituals offer us connection and community. Available on the Kos counter (bring quarters)!

Hey Brooklyn! 👋 It’s a beautiful Sunday, perfect for sitting outside with some fresh-squeezed, ice-cold STRAWBERRY-BASIL LEMONADE 🍓. Most of the credit goes to for having crazy sweet berries this year—only on the menu for a couple weeks until the season wraps!

Really loving our new Kos totes, designed by aka the same genius responsible for our mural of edible plants!

Because it would warm my little chef heart to see you guys fill these bags with fruits and veg, I’ve teamed up with : Buy a tote, and we’ll give you $6 in Greenmarket Bucks to use at any of NYC’s local greenmarkets this year. It’s a great way to support local artists, farms, and businesses all in one! 💪🏼 🌈🥕

Happy Earth Day to all!

It’s roasting day! One thing surprising to customers is that coffee needs a couple of days out of the roaster before brewing. This period releases natural gases from the beans, allowing hot water to extract more aroma and flavorful oils from the grind. It honestly makes a huge difference to your drinking experience. This batch, a new-to-us bean from the (literal) Java island in Indonesia, will be perfect for your weekend brewing needs ;). ☕️

Big thanks to our in-house roaster for this beautiful coffee!
