This week, East meets South with guest collaborator Travis Post serving up Virgilās Black Vinegar Honey Spare Ribs. Slow-smoked spare ribs brushed with a sweet & tangy black vinegar-honey glaze, topped with cilantro and chili garlic oil. Served with two house-made sides.
Over on the West Coast, Bubbaās Smoked Rib Sando is stackinā up slow-smoked ribs, house BBQ sauce, pickles, and pickled red onions on a toasted hoagie roll with fries on the side.
Two coasts. Plenty of smoke. Limited time only. š„

Two legendary kitchens, one smoky collab. Carmineās brought the Italian comfort and Virgilās brought the smoke. Together? East Coastās bringinā Stuffed Italian Long Horn Peppers loaded with smoked pulled pork, caramelized onions, and melty cheese.
