This week, East meets South with guest collaborator Travis Post serving up Virgil’s Black Vinegar Honey Spare Ribs. Slow-smoked spare ribs brushed with a sweet & tangy black vinegar-honey glaze, topped with cilantro and chili garlic oil. Served with two house-made sides.

Over on the West Coast, Bubba’s Smoked Rib Sando is stackin’ up slow-smoked ribs, house BBQ sauce, pickles, and pickled red onions on a toasted hoagie roll with fries on the side.

Two legendary kitchens, one smoky collab. Carmine’s brought the Italian comfort and Virgil’s brought the smoke. Together? East Coast’s bringin’ Stuffed Italian Long Horn Peppers loaded with smoked pulled pork, caramelized onions, and melty cheese. West Coast rolled in with Carmine’s x Virgil’s BBQ Shotgun Shells wrapped in bacon, smoked low, and topped with smoked tomato BBQ sauce.
