We’re so excited to be featured in “11 Delicious Ways to Enjoy Bacon”! A huge thank you to Aly Walansky for including Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue and our Candied Bacon in the roundup.
Our thick-cut bacon is slow-smoked, seasoned with cayenne, brown sugar & paprika, then finished with a caramelized glaze for that irresistible sweet-and-savory crunch. 🔥🥓

NYC Restaurant Week is back, and we’re serving up 3 courses for just $30—packed with all the smoky, savory flavors Morgan’s is known for.
Start with your choice of Smoked Wings, Texas Chili Nachos, or our Kielbasa Smoked Sausage topped with caramelized onions and smoked queso.
Then dig into a main like our Saucy Rib Platter with grilled corn and potato salad, Smoked Half Chicken served with our old-school mac & cheese and coleslaw, or Grilled Atlantic Salmon with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes. Feeling extra hungry? Upgrade to our Smoked Strip Steak.
