To get to Avenue I in Brooklyn, you can take the subway and get off at the Avenue I station on the Q line. Once you exit the station, walk east towards McDonald Avenue until you reach Avenue I. The coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant are located on this avenue.

If you prefer to drive, there is on-street parking available but it can be limited. Alternatively, there are a few paid parking lots near the area that offer hourly or daily rates.

As for the donut shop, it is also located on Avenue I but further down towards Coney Island Avenue. You can take the B68 bus towards Coney Island or walk about 15-20 minutes from the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant to get there.

Again, these directions are for a hypothetical location and not specifically for Dunkin'.
