To get to E 16th Street in New York, you can take the subway and get off at Union Square station (N,Q,R,W,L,4,5,6 trains), then walk towards east for two blocks until you reach the street. Alternatively, you can also take a bus that stops near the corner of E 16th Street and park avenue.
