Breakfast tacos in a scallion pancake. Why don’t we do this more often?
For the Austin stop of our nationwide Dumpling Tour, we teamed up with Veracruz All Natural™️, two sister-owned businesses with a lot of family recipes between us.
Flaky scallion pancakes filled with eggs, mushrooms, grilled steak, onions, and topped with cheese, avocado, and salsa macha. And because we couldn’t stop there: pan-fried dumpling flights with mango salsa, pico de gallo, and both of their salsas.

For 12 years Whole Foods Market has released an annual trends report predicting what’s next in food and how we’ll be eating.
Last year our dumplings were featured in “Freezer Fine Dining”. This year, our Korean Glazed Beef Dumplings made the 2027 report top 8 trends as part of “Dish Reinvention”.
We’ve spent more than a decade sharing our mom Mimi’s recipes and dreaming up new dumpling flavors. Seeing something we made become part of the conversation about what’s next in food? That’s a special feeling.
Thank you to Whole Foods, our first retail partner, for taking us from our first freezer shelf to stores nationwide.
