To get to Fulton Street in Brooklyn, take the subway to the Fulton St. Station (A/C/J/Z/2/3/4/5 trains) or the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Sts. Station (G train). From there, you can walk or take a short taxi ride to the coffee shop and breakfast & brunch restaurant.
If driving, take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) to exit 29 for Tillary St. towards Manhattan Bridge/Bklyn Civic Center. Continue onto Flatbush Ave Ext and turn left onto Fulton St. There are several parking garages nearby, including one at 180 Livingston Street.
As for the donut shop, it is also located on Fulton St. with various public transport and driving/parking options available in the area.
