If you're taking public transport, take the Q train towards Coney Island, and get off at Avenue U station. The coffee shop is just a few blocks away from the station. You can also take buses B3, B7, or B82 which all stop nearby.
If you're driving, there are several parking garages in the area where you can park your car for a fee. Please note that street parking can be difficult to find in this busy part of Brooklyn.
The breakfast & brunch restaurant is located on the same street as the coffee shop, just a little further down towards the water. If you're taking public transport, it's only a short walk from the Avenue U station or any of the bus stops in the area.
If you're driving, it's best to park your car at one of the nearby garages and then walk to both locations since they are very close to each other.
