Smoak City Barbecue Smoak City Barbecue is a New York-based BBQ food trailer and catering service that serves the tristate area with their mouth-watering, slow-cooked meats including spare ribs, prime brisket, turkey breast, pulled pork, jerk chicken, baby back ribs and pork belly burnt ends. While they are closed temporarily from February 19th till March 1st, customers can pre-order for Super Bowl Sunday or catch them at their various locations in Middle Village, Bayside and Whitestone.

This week one of our specials are SmOak’d Beef on Weck a smoakd roast beef medium rare our horseradish aioli on a hummelweck roll this is a staple in Buffalo New York it’s only right we do a New York menu this week to honor the Knicks , we will have this sandwich at both middle village Thursday and Whitestone this Saturday!
