Ladies and gents we are putting out a quick menu for next weekend ! Orders will be open for 24 hours we fill up fast so don’t think you can call us Thursday we won’t have the meat available at our facility. All pick ups will be in Whitestone from 12 to 5pm Saturday. You can get the food hot or cold to reheat Sunday or Monday with instructions. All the stuff will be smoked and ready to go and easy to do! We will be open for service that day and are bring a full trailer of bbq. If ur looking for a special order for that day inbox us we can make you trays of meat and sides just let us know by 12 tomorrow no later please .

It’s nation bbq day and we put our twist on birria tacos ! Slow Smoakd than braised in a mix of Mexican peppers for 8 hours to add that dipping broth that have massive flavors . Today these are on the menu with lots of other specials and our regular menu. Come check us out in Whitestone while they last .
