On Thursday nights something special is happening inside Mama Kitchen…all through the night ,from Thursday until we open our doors at 8:30 AM on Friday morning our kitchen is alive with tradition, care, and handmade preparation.
Every dish is crafted with the authentic flavors we grew up on the same recipes from our grandmother’s kitchen, made with patience, freshness, and respect for every ingredient.
Our challahs are braided by hand, our selection of over 30 fresh salads is prepared with love and precision, and our sweet and savory pastries come out of the oven warm and fragrant just like at home.
We do all of this so that you and your family can enjoy a truly special Friday and Shabbat because a table filled with grandmother’s food creates a completely different kind of experience for you and your guests.
