3. From the west: Take I-78 E towards New York City. Continue onto NJ-139 E and take the exit toward Holland Tunnel. Merge onto 12th St and continue onto Boyle Plaza. Turn left onto Varick St, then right onto W Houston St. Finally, turn left onto Broadway. The destination will be on your right.
