Pizza Omakase | RITTล October 28 & November 4. ๐๐ฅ
For our next Omakase, we welcome the Japanese micro season Ko named RITTล โ a meditation on the first frost โ alongside Dรญa de los Mu***os, bringing together the pizza of Napoli and the cuisine of Mexico.
For this special menu, weโre happy to feature Kelly Turkeys heritage-breed turkey, raised in the woodlands of Virginia, hand-plucked and dry-hung at full maturity.
On October 28, Paul Kelly, second-generation Managing Director and turkey farmer at KellyBronze, will join us to share more about the craftsmanship, tradition, and care behind these exceptional birds.
