Holiday party season planning starts in the summer!

These are the NYC rooms we’re most excited to get into🥂

Penthouse 45 Wraparound terrace, floor to ceiling windows, and a skyline that does all the decorating for you. Cocktail hour up here in December hits different.

Glasshouse Chelsea Two floors in the Chelsea Arts Tower with Hudson River and Manhattan views in every direction. A clean white canvas that takes a theme beautifully.

Prince George Ballroom Hand carved columns, gilded details, and a landmark Beaux Arts room. Plus every event supports Breaking Ground’s affordable housing work, so the party does some good too.

The Foundry LIC | Historic Wedding Venue 💒 A restored 19th century foundry in LIC with exposed brick, a planted courtyard, and the Queensboro Bridge right there. Industrial warmth, string lights, done.

Lavan Midtown 270 degree projection mapping means the entire room becomes your theme. Winter wonderland one minute, full brand takeover the next.

We had an incredible array of delights for our summer celebration, from scallop ceviche and pork belly bites to frozen caprese, dry aged tomahawk, and duck breast. Every plate built to be shared, savored, and remembered. 🍽️

Summer drinks that don’t need a drop of alcohol to steal the show 🍉 🧊 Our lineup of zero proof cocktails will keep you cool and collected from the city to the Hamptons!

Think garden swizzle with mint and pineapple, a smoky NA sour, and a ‘na’groni that holds its own next to the real thing. Plus watermelon limeade, mango mojito, sparkling lavender lemonade, and a cucumber mint cooler for the ones who want to stay cool and clear-headed.

Earlier this month we catered the VIP cabana for the third year in a row at , and as always, saw an incredible lineup at the main stage.

We asked our DISH staff about their music experiences and got to chat with Nikki and her bands name is !!!
