Rangoon NYC is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the authentic flavors of Burmese cuisine. The restaurant offers homestyle dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more. Chef Myo and his team have truly outdone themselves with their flavorful creations, which have earned them a spot on the prestigious New York Times list of top 100 restaurants in the city.
One standout dish that you simply must try is their Shrimp Fried Rice Bowl, which features juicy cherry tomatoes, crispy noodles, spicy onion slaw, and refreshing cucumber. It's a flavor explosion in every bite! And if you're in the mood for a refreshing drink, be sure to check out their signature cocktails like the Rangoon Sunset or Lady in Turquoise - they're perfect for sipping on while enjoying the tropical vibes of this cozy eatery.
In addition to their Prospect Place location, Rangoon NYC also has a Chelsea location where they serve lunch from 12 to 3:30. And if you happen to be in The Hamptons this summer, don't miss their residency pop-up series at Rosie's where they'll be serving up fine dining Burmese cuisine alongside other top NYC restaurants.
Overall, Rangoon NYC is a gem of a restaurant that should not be missed by any foodie looking for an unforgettable culinary experience.
