To get to the bar and grill or American restaurant and pub located on Baxter Street, you can take the Subway Line 6 train to Canal Street Station. Upon exiting the station, walk northeast along Centre Street until you reach Baxter Street. The restaurant will be partially visible from there.
Alternatively, if driving is preferred, take the FDR Drive and exit at Grand Street. Turn left onto Centre street and follow it until you reach Baxter street where you can park your car in one of the several public parking lots around.
