It is with great sadness that we share of the passing of Ernie & Jeff Fink. Ernie & Jeff were regulars at Gottscheer Hall and extremely proud of their Gottscheer heritage. They were a part of our Gottscheer Hall family over the years - serving as bartenders, waitstaff, helping with renovations back in the day - always willing to lend a helping hand where needed. They will be surely missed by the directors, staff, regulars and anyone who crossed their path. We send our sincerest sympathies to their father Alfred, brother Eddie, Ernie’s son Justin, Jeff’s life partner Linda and all of their family and friends. Ruhe in Frieden & Prost to Ernie & Jeff, as we know they’re enjoying a Hofbräu together 🍻🩵🤍

With the most competitors in the qualifying round for the
HB Masskrugstemmen, we’ll see our winners Billy & Meredith this Saturday, September 19th at the Steuben Parade and competing in the National Finals at the Central Park Oktoberfest German American Oktoberfest NYC !! Parade starts at 12 noon on 67th Street & 5th Avenue.

Watch the parade and give a wave to our winners, who will be on the Hofbräu USA floats. Then cheer them on in Central Park! Music by The (Die) Spitzbuam 🪗

THURSDAY, September 10th at 8:30pm - Gottscheer Hall’s Annual Oktoberfest & the HB Masskrugstemmen to compete for a spot in the National Finals.

Music by Xpress🪗

Competition starts around 9:30pm, but get there early to register. Registration is limited to 20 men and 20 women. There is a $20 entry fee. The winner in each category gets a $50 gift certificate to Gottscheer Hall & the chance to compete in the HB National Finals in Central Park for a trip to Munich!
