And this is Chef Mew Mew Rungpod the one behind all the food at Lemongrass Brooklyn!
He’s always creating new dishes for us to enjoy, and here are 3 dishes Chef Mew recommends:
1. Pla Nueng Manao
Steamed Branzino served hot with a spicy and tangy lime sauce. One bite and it will take you straight back to a Thai restaurant in Thailand.
2. Spaghetti Kee Mao
If you like something spicy and full of flavor, Chef Mew recommends this one. It’s a Thai fusion dish that many Thai people know and love. Definitely give it a try!
3. Soft Shell Crab with Mango salad
Start with this one if you’re ready to wake up your taste buds. Fresh, spicy, tangy, and definitely delicious
