This Memorial Day, we’re thinking about everyone gathered around a table somewhere, and those who aren’t. The ones far from home, from family, from the food that feels like theirs.
From our chefs’ kitchens to your celebrations, thank you for letting us be part of your table.

Happy Easter from all of us at Eat Offbeat.
Today is about gathering, sharing food, and feeling close to the people we love. And we’re holding space for those who can’t fully celebrate this year. Those far from home, those going through something heavy, those missing someone at their table.
Wherever you are, we hope there’s still a moment of warmth. A small bite, a memory, a connection.
Food has a way of finding us, even on the quiet days.

An evening of conversation, culture, and connection and we’re so grateful to have been part of it.
Thank you to , , and for bringing together such a meaningful gathering in honor of International Women’s Month. Centered on Afghan voices, culture, and solidarity, the evening created space for reflection on storytelling, community, and the importance of keeping these stories alive.
We were honored to contribute food for a night that held so much purpose. And endless thanks to our chefs and team, whose dedication, craft, and heart made our shared table possible.
It was a privilege to be part of an event where food, conversation, and culture came together so powerfully.

Take a spoon from each tray.
By the time you reach the end, you have traveled across several countries.

Today we celebrate the women who bring so much more than food to the table.
Their stories.
Their strength.
Their traditions from home.
From Sri Lanka to Syria, Venezuela to Nepal, the women in our kitchen carry generations of recipes, memories, and resilience. We are proud to share their flavors, their cultures, and their voices every day.
Happy International Women’s Day to the women who inspire us, lead us, and remind us how powerful food and community can be!
