On August 8, GUI welcomed Chef Ji Sun of Tian Mimi and Culinary Class Wars into our kitchen for a special four-hands dinner with Chef Sungchul Shim.

For one night, the two chefs brought their distinct styles together for a collaborative menu, from the kitchen to tableside moments shared with our guests.

Thank you to Chef Ji Sun and her team for joining us, and to everyone who came to experience the evening. We’re especially grateful for the patience and understanding of our guests as the night ran later than anticipated.
