On 5th Ave in Brooklyn there’s a red-bright store that makes the crunchiest pizza of all Brooklyn. It is called L’Arte della Pizza, owned by Riccardo, and makes a different style of pizza that you wouldn’t find anywhere else in the city. It’s called “pizza alla pala”, a real Roman specialty. It is super crunchy and super light, perfect if you need a quick meal before lunch that won’t make you feel heavy.
