Camp Commerce: a luxury summer camp for ecommerce leaders. A day for 200 founders and executives to unplug, escape the city, and connect at Meadow Lane in Southampton โ and we were there to feed the people shaping whatโs next.

Last Friday, we headed to Meadow Lane in Southampton for an executive retreat powered by Shoplift.
A day for 200 DTC founders and senior executives to unplug, escape the city, and connect with some of the sharpest minds in the industry.
And we were there to feed the people shaping whatโs next.
We built the menu around summer in the Hamptons โ local farm vegetables, grilled chicken, steak and shrimp, summer orzo, and seasonal pies to finish.
The afternoon gave way to a champagne bar, followed by Campfire Palomas and Bug Juice cocktails as conversations carried into the evening.
Great hospitality creates space for people to connect, exchange ideas, and build what comes next. Weโre happy to take care of everything else.

And the truck? Itโs not really a food truck. Itโs a movable kitchen.
Brand activation, wedding, corporate eventโฆ whatever the occasion, we design the menu around it and make it fresh on site.
A pretty unique setup for NYC + the Hamptons.

Last Friday, we catered the Local Hoops x Stratusphere Gin by New Amsterdam brand activation at The Red Carpet of Streetball โ New Yorkโs most iconic basketball court.
With 150+ guests immersed in real New York culture, we brought the food to match: street-inspired, easy-to-eat, no-mess bites designed for the energy of the event. Think mini Impossible burgers, cacio e pepe arancini, chicken tinga tacos, chicken gyros, and ribeye tostadas.
Three signature gin cocktails kept things moving.
The result: food and drinks that felt right for the place, the crowd, and the brands.
