To reach your destination on City Island Avenue in New York, you have a couple of options for public transport and driving.
**Public Transport:**
1. **Subway and Bus:** Take the 6 train to Pelham Bay Park Station. From there, transfer to the Bx29 bus towards City Island. Get off at the stop closest to your destination on City Island Avenue.
2. **Metro-North:** If you're coming from Westchester, take the Metro-North train to Pelham Station. From Pelham, you can catch the Bx29 bus as mentioned above.
**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving, take I-95 S or I-295 S towards the Bronx. Follow signs for City Island via the City Island Bridge.
2. Once on City Island Avenue, look for street parking or nearby lots as parking can be limited during peak hours.
Make sure to check traffic conditions and public transport schedules before you head out!
