Although this may present as the ending of a story, The Brooklyn Barge and its crew assure you, it’s just an end to a chapter…the story will continue.
With that, we must cast off our lines and look for a new home.
We very much look forward to the future and re-connecting with the community who has supported us through the years.
Once again, from all of us at The Brooklyn Barge, Thank you!

"...It’s a see you later. Facing the current reality of the world, we can bet this hasn’t been easy for any of us. After much thought and deliberation on our options, unfortunately we will not be able to open our gates this 2020 season.
We wanted nothing more than to make this happen for us and all of you, but with many local businesses on hold, setting up and operating The Barge as normal would not have been possible without the help of our local resources, vendors, and partners. For now, we will be planning and dreaming of our 2021 season. Though we will be away from you for a year, we have more time to make it the strongest season yet.
Looking towards the sun in these dark times, we hope you all stay safe and healthy, and remember to soak in the sunlight 🙏
