Roasting coffee has been a dream come true! From roasting coffee at home before I ever had a coffee shop to now production roasting some of the worlds best coffees is everything I dreamed it would be. I was once told love coffee and it will love you back and that was some of the best advice I ever received.

I love flying to origin to buy coffees. I feel it’s an essential part of our coffee program. It allows you to do unique things with the lots that speak to you and your mission. Like blending together small lots of female producers or continuing your relationship with your exporters/importers and the small producers we work with

It’s a pleasure to be part of the specialty coffee chain! Never a privilege we take for granted. By the time we get the green beans there has been a whole team of people from producers, mill workers, exporters, importers etc that did a great job and now it’s our turn to put our stamp on these beautiful coffee 🍒 🙏🏽❤️
