The Open Sesame is an Old Fashioned with a distinctly Lebanese touch.
Coconut fat-washed bourbon brings a rich, silky texture, while toasted sesame honey adds warm nuttiness and depth. A touch of white port softens the edges, finishing with subtle saline notes that keep each sip balanced and inviting.

Delicately seared halibut with acorn squash purĂŠe, Fioretto cauliflower, petty squash, Aleppo pumpkin seeds, and parsley beurre blanc.
A lighter expression of summer, built around sweet squash, fresh vegetables, and the clean flavor of the fish. Simple ingredients, carefully prepared.

Cloud Nine leans into bright, crisp flavors with green apple, citrus, soft melon, and orange blossom layered together in a way that stays light and refreshing from start to finish.
The apple foam and touch of saline round everything out, giving it the kind of balance you find often in Lebanese flavors: floral, fresh, and never too heavy. Perfect for the season.
Available at ilili NoMad.

The kind of cheese pull that stops the whole table.
Our Knafe Bil Jibneh layers warm sweet cheese, a crisp semolina crust, orange blossom syrup, and sesame pita pillows into a dessert that feels both nostalgic and just a little over the top in the best way.
