Hogshead Tavern, located on Hamilton Place in Hamilton Heights, was a beloved craft beer bar and pub that has sadly closed its doors permanently as of February 1st, 2021 due to the devastating effects of COVID-19. The bar had been serving the community since 2014 and was known for its great selection of brews.

However, during its operation, Hogshead Tavern was known for its excellent selection of craft beers and delicious food offerings. The outdoor seating area provided a perfect spot to enjoy a sunny day while sipping on some refreshing brews. The pulled pork tacos were a fan favorite and the margaritas were the perfect accompaniment to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Beer lovers could always find something new to try with rotating taps featuring brews from Collective Arts, Greenport, Allagash and more. Hogshead Tavern will be missed by many in the Hamilton Heights community who appreciated their warm hospitality and great atmosphere.
