Sweet dreams are made of cheese 🧀🥪😍 Planning for our Italy trip has me thinking about this absolutely incredible burrata sandwich from with handmade straciatella, prosciutto, sun dried peppers, balsamic glaze & arugula in ciabatta that we tried last summer 🤤 It’s absolutely worth a trip up to Arthur Ave .

I can’t wait to eat alllll the Italian cheeses, meats, pasta and pizza in Rome, Bologna, Modena, Parma, Cinque Terre and Florence!

I’m just a kid from New York City that had a dream to be like his Dad and make him proud. I always said if you can make yourself proud and make your parents proud, then you’ve truly succeeded in this thing called life. These awards are because of “You” the people that come in and out of Casa Della Mozzarella day in and day out. Season after season. From the I95 to the Jersey Turnpike. From Westchester County too across the Great Lakes of The United States of America. Today my Father got a call from the Mayors office to accept the “Key to his hometown of Giarre Catania”🔑. He’s being recognized for making Sicilians proud by coming to the Unied States of America and becoming a success story in New York City. An example for Sicilians and Italians . Papà ‘ Nonno would be so proud and I’m sure he’s smiling down saying “‘I told you 35 years ago you’d make it in America” . Congrats Papa! I love you♥️

To get to East 187th Street Arthur Ave in New York via public transport, you can take the B, D or 4 subway line to Fordham Rd and transfer to the BX12 bus. Get off at the Arthur Avenue and East 187th Street stop.

If you choose to drive, take the Cross Bronx Expressway and use exit 6A for Webster Avenue/MLK Jr Blvd. Turn right onto Webster Avenue/MLK Jr Blvd and then turn left onto E Fordham Road. Turn right onto Hughes Ave, then make a left onto E 189th St before turning right onto Arthur Ave.

Parking options include street parking or utilizing one of the nearby paid parking garages such as ParkRight on E 188th St or Yankee Stadium Parking on River Ave.
