Ramen restaurants are known for their delicious and comforting bowls of noodles, and Niche on Delancey Street in New York is no exception. What sets Niche apart from other ramen spots is their specialty dish, Mazemen, which is saucy ramen created by Chef Shigetoshi Nakamura. The pulled chashu tsukemen is a must-try for any tsukemen enthusiast, as the chashu perfectly intertwines with the noodles and the addition of citrus and cilantro adds a refreshing twist. Another standout dish is the Re-forming Kara-age, fried chicken tempura with spicy panko seasoning. While Niche has had to close for private parties and events in the past, they always return to their normal hours promptly and thank their customers for their understanding. Overall, Niche offers a unique take on ramen that should not be missed by any foodie looking for a delicious meal in New York City.
