New York stanotte sembrava Napoli dopo il 4 scudetto. 🏀🧡💙🌋
Strade piene, gente che urlava, clacson ovunque, la città completamente impazzita: i New York Knicks 🏀 sono tornati a vincere dopo 53 anni.
E noi potevamo non fare una pizza?🍕
Abbiamo creato una speciale mare e monti, mezza arancione come New York in festa: peperoncini di fiume spadellati con pomodorini, fior di latte, parmigiano e basilico alla base.
In uscita: prosciutto crudo, il nostro olio di gamberi fatto in casa e provolone del Monaco, per quella sapidità extra che ci sta tutta.
Un po’ estate napoletana, un po’ surf & turf americano.

Last night, New York felt like Naples after winning the fourth Scudetto 🏀🧡💙
Packed streets, people screaming, horns everywhere, the whole city completely lost its mind: the New York Knicks 🏀 are champions again after 53 years.
So… how could we not make a pizza?
We created a special surf & turf pizza, half orange like New York in full celebration mode: sautéed river peppers with cherry tomatoes, fior di latte, parmigiano, and basil at the base.
Finished with prosciutto crudo, our house-made shrimp oil, and provolone del Monaco for that extra salty kick that just belongs there.
A little Neapolitan summer, a little American surf & turf.
