There are flavors the mouth remembers before the mind does.
Creamy, slightly tangy Labne yogurt. Deeply red harissa oil with a slow building heat. Pillowy soft freshly baked pita bread. Some foods are simply good on their own, and ethereal when paired together.

This past week had us reminiscing about how it all began. One of the very first projects we took on was curating our pickle jars.
Not a day goes by without someone asking if they can take one home. For now, they’re just for beauty… but we’re curious.
