Today marks 10 years of Alan at Emmett’s. Alan is an inspiration to everyone who works with us but especially to me. He started as a dishwasher with an amazing attitude & spirit and now runs 2 very busy kitchens. It’s hard to imagine where Emmett’s would be without Alan so I try not to think about it. We’re getting close to the 1,000,000 pizza milestone and Alan has had his hands on almost everyone one of them. Cheers to Alan!
