A vibrant rainbow of radishes from our farm in Upstate New York shine in this season’s Celebration course, which includes a radish tostada made with masa from our friends at Sobre Masa.
The masa itself is topped with a sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower seed crumble, which our team mixes by hand before thinning it out using a dough sheeter. That crumble is then spread atop the crispy tortilla and topped with white, purple, and rover radishes from Magic Farms. Bright and fresh, enjoy the tostada when you sample our Radishes and Lettuces with Almond Ricotta and Tonburi on our current tasting menu.

Magic Farms has given us a lot to be excited about this season, including an abundance of juicy red strawberries.
In our kitchen, the fruit shines in our dessert course, Strawberries with Brioche and Chamomile Granita which features strawberry sorbet, fresh cut berries dusted with sugar, and a strawberry-lemon brioche. Meanwhile behind our bar, the Strawberry cocktail highlights house-made strawberry tepache in a reimagined Whiskey Sour based with hibiscus-infused Michter’s rye and garnished with a pickled green strawberry. Meet the Paw Paw, our tropical twist on the classic Old Fashioned made here by our Head Bartender Lacey.
