Our roving Manhattan Cart is one of our favorite parts of our cocktail menu. Alongside the cart’s namesake Manhattan, each drink is inspired by a different NYC neighborhood and prepared and poured tableside, giving us the perfect excuse to share a bit of NYC history with you.

We’re hiring a Content & Social Media Manager to join the Daniel Humm Hospitality team.
This person will lead day-to-day social media and content creation across all of our brands, including Eleven Madison Park, Clemente Bar and Studio, Eleven Madison Home, HUMM, and what comes next.
We’re looking for someone who loves being in the middle of it all: capturing beautiful photo and video, finding stories behind the scenes, spending time with our teams in the kitchen and dining room, and bringing creative ideas to life across our social channels.
This is a full-time, on-site role in New York City. Photography and/or video portfolio required.

It’s hot outside. Cool off with the Melon, inspired by the crudité served as part of our Celebration course. Our take on a Gimlet, it’s built with a refreshing combination of shochu and dill aquavit, layered with clarified lime juice and our house-made melon blend. Vigorously shaken until frothy and finished with a nasturtium leaf, it’s the perfect way to escape the summer heat.

Our Black & White Cookies have returned.
Our take on the New York City staple begins with two cheddar shortbreads dipped in the iconic two-toned glaze. Sandwiched between them are our house-made cheddar cream and plum jam, resulting in the perfect combination of sweet and savory to kick off our current tasting menu.

Our team is growing!
Next week, we are hosting an open call for a variety of positions across each of our properties: Eleven Madison Park, Clemente Bar and Studio, and HUMM, which is set to open this fall. Join our team! We are currently seeking talented and driven Sous Chefs to help mentor and lead our culinary team.
These Sous Chefs will support our Chef de Cuisine with the development of new dishes and will act as the primary supervisor of line cooks, commis, and externs, offering skills training and daily guidance in order to facilitate their growth. Additionally, they must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong desire to advance in the realm of fine dining.

Maciek is on the move. While it may be the middle of summer, preparation is already underway for future harvests at Magic Farms. He’s currently plowing the fields in anticipation of planting the winter vegetables that will make their way into our kitchen in the months ahead.

You may not have caught it at first glance, but tucked under this vibrant bed of greens is our delicate, melt-in-your-mouth poached Atlantic halibut.
Brushed with our fish glaze and gently cooked until perfectly tender, each halibut fillet is dressed with green tomato seed pods, green tomato relish, and cucumber caviar, which provide the perfect complement to the umami-rich glaze. Garnished fava beans and a medley of leafy greens, enjoy the Halibut with Greens on our current tasting menu.
