Soul food restaurants are known for their delicious and hearty meals that are sure to satisfy any craving. And when it comes to soul food, Johnson's BBQ on E 163rd Street in New York is a must-visit spot. Established in 1954, this black-owned business has been serving up some of the best pork spare ribs around.

But that's not all they have to offer. Johnson's BBQ has recently introduced their new Fruit Bowl Cake, which has quickly become a hit among customers. Made to order, this cake is the perfect summer treat. And if you're in the mood for something savory, be sure to try their fried fish.

But what really sets Johnson's BBQ apart is their sauce. Available for purchase on Amazon or in-store, their mustard sauce is a game-changer and will take your meal to the next level. And if you're planning a gathering or event, Johnson's BBQ also offers catering services.
