Café Paulette, located on S Elliott Place in New York, embodies all of these qualities and more. This neighborhood French bistro is situated right across the Historical Fort Greene Park, offering a stunning view while you enjoy your meal.
Café Paulette's beverage program is constantly evolving with new additions like Spritzes with Paradiso and Erborista. They also have a lineup of NA options for those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks. One of their specials that stands out is the sushi grade tuna tartare with black sesame, ginger, and avocado - a must-try dish for seafood lovers. The owner and founder Lionel Guy-Bremond has an impressive background in the industry having worked at Felix as a busboy, La Goulue as a server, Le Zoo as a manager before opening his first bistro in Paris in 1998.
