We’re doing asparagus three ways this season: a creamy asparagus bisque, a farm side of wood oven roasted asparagus with pickled red onions and lemon, and of COURSE, a Spring Asparagus Pizza with pancetta, caramelized red onion, lemon, mozzarella, and fresh lemon.
