Sometimes people see everything Blenlly has created, but they don’t see everything it has taken from her to create it.

Ten years ago, she was a free spirit teaching English in a small town in Korea where almost nobody spoke her language. Somewhere in that chapter, an idea started.

Then came the Bronx.

With the help of her family she took Dominican food, her culture, and plant-based cooking and did something very few people had the vision…or the courage…to do at the time.

Today, she has created one of the most recognized Dominican and Caribbean plant-based restaurant concepts in the world, and so much of what you see happening in this space today was inspired by a path she started walking years ago.

Not by following a trend.

By creating one.

For 10 years, she has worked, sacrificed, created, failed, rebuilt, loved, and kept going.

And as her partner for the last five years, it has been an absolute privilege to ride and die beside her through all of it.

What makes me proudest is that she has done it genuinely and organically. Never needing to step on anyone to move forward. Just talent, courage, hard work, love, and a very pure heart.

You rarely see her emotional like this. She is normally the one telling everybody else that everything is going to be okay.

But entrepreneurship takes a toll, even on the strongest people.

And now, we ARE entering a new stage of our journey.

Not because the dream is over.

Because the dream has grown.

Blenlly, I see the work. I see the sacrifices. I see the weight behind everything you make look effortless.

You are fu***ng incredible.
