Join us at Grand Banks for Pop & Shuck 3, our oyster and Champagne tasting with the growers behind the shells.

On Wednesday, May 13th, we’re featuring one of our favorites: Montauk Pearl, with Mike Martinsen of Montauk Oysters. We’ll also be shucking a rotating lineup of wild and farm-raised oysters from local waters and across the country, so you can taste them side by side.

Come for sunset, crisp pours of Taittinger, and a conversation with the Billion Oyster Project about how we’re working together to shape a better future for New York Harbor.
