Our favorite time of the day is dinner service. Maybe it’s the wine… and there’s a lot of it worth talking about. Maybe it’s the noise… the glasses going up, the cheers, the music under it all, the conversations happening at every table that are somehow both completely private and part of something bigger. Dates, old friends, business that stopped feeling like business two bottles in. There’s a version of Fontainhas at lunch, and we love that too… but dinner is when the room becomes what it was always supposed to be. Like home, but someone else is cooking. Come in tonight.

is our little corner of South Asia, right here at Fontainhas. Small-batch makers, pantry staples, the boldest emerging labels – things we eat, things we love, things we wanted to make easier for you to find.
Come in. Browse. Stock your shelves.

This is our take on the breakfast burrito! Scrambled eggs, Amul cheese, avocado bharta, bacon, cilantro chutney and green chillies; wrapped in a tortilla. (If you tried it at , it lives here at Fontainhas DUMBO - permanent menu, all day)

Some mornings it’s strollers and little ones. Some afternoons it’s a lunch meeting that turns into a bottle of wine. Some evenings the whole table fills up and nobody wants to leave.
It’s the catch-up that needed a real spot. The first date. The regular weekly. The reason you finally made it to DUMBO.
Whatever brought you here, there’s a seat.

Vindaloo originates in Goa and is traditionally built on vinegar, garlic, and dried spices; a preservation technique introduced through Portuguese influence.
Our pork is pickled in that style and served chilled over warm bread with yogurt and micro cilantro to balance acidity and heat.
Part of our dinner menu. Well suited to wine during Happy Hour. Available daily.

Think you have the palette to taste the toasted bread in this dark lager? Come by for a tasting and see for yourself. This has been one of our favorite winter beers.

In Bombay, bhel is a classic street snack made with puffed rice tossed in chutneys, fresh herbs, spices, and crunchy sev (known for its tangy, spicy, sweet-and-savory balance). Our Bhel Fried Rice builds on that foundation, reworking those same elements through the wok with crispy puffed rice, vegetables, house chutneys, chilli oil, and crunch in every bite. A chaat-inspired dish built on texture. Available on our evening menu daily.
