Hi everyone!
We hope you're all well! keeping safe! and are happy!!!
So the corona virus is really having an effect on all of us...but you can still come down to White Tiger to have a good hot meal with us to stay healthy (mind & body) in the midst of the insanity.
We're always vigilant with cleaning and using sanitizer to clean tables and countertops. Our dishes & utensils are also rinsed with a safe sanitizing rinse aid. We have a separate bottle of sanitizing spray to sanitize on the spot if needed! BUT we ALWAYS try to make sure we're being sanitary & hygienic in all of our encounters with our guests!
Ultimately, we should all take care of ourselves with a little rest, treat your body well with immune supporting foods, wash your hands often with soap, and stay sane! (And maybe you could do that last bit with a cocktail or two! π)
AND we've got lots of yummies to help keep you healthy & prop up your immune system!!
PROBIOTICS (kimchi, kimchi slaw),
OMEGAS (sauteed mixed greens, collards, brussels sprouts, tofu, cod,...),
ZINC (meat, fish, eggs, brown rice, edamame, tofu,...),
VITAMIN C (sauteed mixed greens, collards, brussels sprouts, kimchi,...),

GINGER (kimchi, ginger teas, Southie, ginger chicken salad, ginger brussels sprouts),

So come in and have a hot tea or a hot ginger toddy (hot drinks are also very effective against all viruses), sit with some edamame, then eat a hot chicken soup with brown rice and kimchi! (That's all great stuff for your immune system. Not to mention YUMMMM!!) Or a bibimbap with brown rice. Or our sauteed mixed greens. Or the kimchi collards. And there's so much more!π²πππ΅πΈπ»
The best we can do is try to stay as healthy as possible and have a positive outlook!
