Take the subway to West 28th Street Station and exit at 7th Avenue. Walk east on West 28th Street for about two blocks, and you'll arrive at your destination.

Option 2 - Driving/Parking:
If you are driving, take the I-495 E/ Queens-Midtown Tunnel from Manhattan or Queens. Stay right after exiting the tunnel and continue onto E 37th St. Take a right turn onto Park Ave, then a left turn onto E 28th St. You'll find several parking lots in the area to park your car.
