If you’ve been at Abaita over the past eight and
a half years—almost nine years—there’s a very
good chance you’ve seen Chef Yoni behind the line.
Cooking. Prepping. Running the line. Talking to
the cooks. Expediting. Cleaning or doing whatever
needed to be done.
As we approach Rosh Hashanah and the
beginning of a new year, it’s with an incredible
amount of gratitude and appreciation that we
share with our guests, our friends, and our team
that Yoni will be moving on to his next chapter! Yoni Stein And we wish you an amazing new journey!
