We’re proud to introduce, “Just Chocolate.” This is a unique new beverage that’ll remind you of coffee, but has nothing but chocolate in it
Our ownership team has worked for years to develop a unique process to extract intense chocolate flavor in a style similar to cold brewed coffee. Our bean to bottle process starts with raw single origin Dominican cacao beans and ends in a cup of pure chocolate flavor.
This first run uses Dominican Nacional cacao beans available from a single producer in the DR. We selected this varietal due to its low bitterness, minimal acidity and strong, chocolate, floral and nutty notes. This weekend and following week we will be sampling all day everyday (very soon we will offer it for purchase) ;o)

Happy Mother’s Day from L'Imprimerie!
We’re celebrating with some special popover croissants—choose from:
Strawberry & Rhubarb – just tart enough, filled with our house-made jam.
Caesar Salad – a savory option with char-roasted romaine, Parmigiano Reggiano (also available retail), anchovy, and lemon.
Also on deck: ramp sourdough (’tis the season!) and focaccia slices for a perfect bite of spring.
