However, on November 6th, 2023, The Rookery announced on social media that they would be permanently closing their doors after a decade in business. They invited loyal customers to join them for their final party to celebrate the end of an era. Despite the closure, The Rookery expressed their love for Bushwick and thanked their patrons for their support over the years.
