We thank you for 8years of your support!
It was really happy and honor to serve you our ramen at Shinobi Ramen for those days.
RIP shinobi Ramen
Shinobi Ramen was a beloved ramen restaurant located on Morgan Avenue. They were known for their homemade kimchee, pork buns and chicken buns, and Japanese style fried chicken. Shinobi's signature 100% chicken broth was a customer favorite, but they also served vegetarian broth and had vegan options available. Sadly, after serving the community for 8 years, Shinobi Ramen has permanently closed its doors in 2019.

Ramen restaurants have become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. There's something about a steaming bowl of noodles in a rich broth that just hits the spot. And when it comes to ramen, Shinobi Ramen on Morgan Avenue in New York is definitely worth checking out.
One of the standout features of Shinobi Ramen is their homemade kimchi. It adds a spicy kick to any dish and pairs perfectly with their signature chicken broth. Speaking of which, their broth is made from 100% chicken, making it a healthier option than some other ramen places that use pork or beef broth.
But it's not just about the broth at Shinobi Ramen. Their pork buns and chicken buns are also a must-try. They're a great deal and perfect for sharing with friends or family. And if you're looking for something crispy, try their Japanese-style fried chicken.
For those with dietary restrictions, Shinobi Ramen has options for vegans and vegetarians as well. And while they do offer seasonal specials like fresh salmon poke or Japanese-style jerk chicken don, their menu is consistently delicious year-round.
Overall, Shinobi Ramen offers tasty food at reasonable prices in a cozy atmosphere. It's no wonder they've been around for eight years and counting!
