Promise of Adulthood, by Ismael Ponce. Brennivín Aquavit, Hendricks Gin, Lustau Fino Sherry, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, and Caperberry. This sublime martini variation has beguiling depth, with a salty and savory edge. This is brand new on our menu, and we are big fans.

Bit by bit, we’ve been introducing some new drinks to our menu for what will ultimately be our Spring 2022 menu. This is the first significant menu change we’ve done since the pandemic began, and we are all excited about it. So, read carefully the next time you are in for a visit—chances are good that you’ll find something new.

We are open tonight. Thank you all for for bearing with us during this precautionary closure. We have been eager to be back at work, and are really excited to host you again.
